Mary Bunn, PhD, LCSW (pronouns: she/her) is a licensed clinical social worker and Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Department of Psychiatry. She is also Co-Director of the Global Mental Health Research and Training Program in the UIC Center for Global Health and provides therapy services to refugees and asylum seekers in her clinic in the Mood and Anxiety Disorder Program. Her research focuses on family- based and community-centered mental health prevention and treatment interventions for survivors of war and political violence across the migration continuum.
